How long does it take?
Standard packs (Lite and Standard) are delivered within 24–48 hours of receiving your intake. GovCon Teaming packs may take up to 72 hours due to the deeper company-level research required. Rush delivery is available on request.
Where does the data come from?
Every result is source-grounded. We source from publicly available professional profiles, company websites, industry databases, and verified business data platforms. Our QA system checks every pack for hallucinations, weak evidence, and data quality before delivery. If a claim can't be verified, it's flagged as unconfirmed.
How are candidates scored?
Each candidate receives a fit score (0–10) broken down across four dimensions: skill match against your must-have and nice-to-have requirements, experience match against seniority targets, clearance indicators where applicable, and location feasibility. You see the breakdown, not just a number.

Is there a subscription?

What is facility-level intelligence?
For every candidate at a major defense contractor, we map their role to the specific facility they likely work at — including active programs (e.g., Columbia-class submarines), clearance requirements, technologies used, and whether the facility is actively hiring. This gives you context no other sourcing tool provides.
Do you provide phone numbers?
Yes — our Standard and GovCon packs include phone numbers where available, sourced from verified business data platforms. We also provide verified email addresses.
What is a cited analyst narrative?
